Most artists pick a genre and defend it. Evver the Thinker treats them like a palette. The Austin artist folds pop, R&B, hip-hop, electronic, and Latin music into one body of work — emotive, experimental, and built around storytelling rather than a single sound. It's the kind of approach that's hard to file under one tab, which is exactly the point.

He's still relatively new to the Austin music scene, but the catalog doesn't read like it. Over the last few years he's put out a steady stream of releases, including the 2025 album BLINDSIDED and a run of singles — “Swipe!,” “NOVOCAINE,” “ESCAPE,” and “iRis” — alongside earlier tracks like “22” and “TIME FLYS.”

Bilingual by Design

Part of what makes the sound his own is language. A number of Evver's songs are sung in Spanish or move between English and Spanish — tracks like “CASI ALGO,” “Nos Perdimos,” and “BACARDI” — folding the Latin thread directly into the writing rather than treating it as a one-off. It widens who the music can reach and deepens what it can say.
