Volunteer Roles
Monitor live chat across YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch. Engage with the audience, answer questions, and keep the stream comments positive and on-brand.
Greet artists on arrival, walk them through the setup and show flow, keep performers on schedule, and be their primary point of contact.
Manage the artist arrival list, confirm set times, collect signed agreements, and ensure every performer has what they need.
Help with equipment placement, staging, furniture arrangement, and getting all four production rooms ready before the 2PM start.
Post-event teardown and cleanup. Equipment storage, room restoration, and wrap-up.
General support throughout the event. Floating role that fills in wherever the team needs help.
